Jive supports the 1.0a of OAuth. You can also use OAuth 2.0 (draft 10), but until this is part of the opensocial spec, but until is it supported in opensocial spec app developers need to follow the instruction laid out in the doc Using OAuth in your applications
p.s. I'm moving this to the general discussion list. Over the next couple of weeks, we'll likely be doing some reorganization & consolidation on a number of these groups.
What versions of Jive support 2-leg and 3-leg?
Latest Jive version 5.0. But if you actually meant versions of OAuth then yes 2-legged oauth, and 3-legged OAuth 1.0a & OAuth 2.0 draft 10 versions all as a consumer/client. Jive 5.0 is not an OAuth provider. As Mark pointed out, please follow instructions in that doc to use OAuth 2.0 in your application (for a working application try the facebook.xml attachment).
You would also have to register your app's client credentials from the service provider, please use the command line tool's oauth:... feature for that.
